The current situation is a challenge for all of us as individuals and for our relationships.
We might be struggling to cope with being separated from our loved ones, feeling worried about a lack of financial security, parents might be unable to help their children understand what is going on. Our relationships might be under additional strain.
For all of us it’s important to recognise that these feelings are normal and it’s OK to not be OK.
Counselling can help, but so too can making sure you stick to a routine (establish some control over small things), get some fresh air even if that’s just by opening a window, worry less about the small stuff – let go of what you can’t control.
